1-1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded style
4 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, optional
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray small casserole dish with cooking spray. Microwave broccoli and cauliflower au gratin 4 minutes.
Spread hash browns in bottom of casserole dish. Top with sausage. Scoop broccoli and cauliflower over the top and sprinkle with cheese, if using. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbling and lightly browned. Garnish with green onion and serve.
